Students in year 6/7, biannually attend a four-day camp to Sydney flying Qantas airlines from Mildura. The main focus of the camp is to be in Sydney on the feast day of Saint Mary of the Cross MacKillop, which is on the 8th of August. During this time, students are able to celebrate Mass with the sisters of St. Joseph and to explore Mary MacKillop Place.
Other exciting opportunities during this camp are for the students to explore the early settlement sites of the Rocks and Anzac Cove. They will also visit the historic and tourist attractions within Circular Quay and Darling Harbour. This camp is made possible for families to afford through fundraising activities prior to the camp every two years.

Our Lady of the River School students have the opportunity to participate in:

Year 6/7: 4/5-day camp interstate to Sydney (odd years) and a 4/5-day Aquatic Camp (even years)
